Whistleblower Report Form
Speak Up! We’ll listen to you.
Whistleblowers are encouraged to disclose actual or suspected acts related to any unacceptable reportable conduct, as stipulated in the Whistleblowing Policy, that comes to their attention.
The MCB Group and its subsidiaries accept anonymous reporting. However, The MCB Group and its subsidiaries urge whistleblowers to identify themselves as allegations made anonymously may make it problematic to investigate the issues or take the proper actions required. When contact information is provided, the MCB Group and its subsidiaries can contact the Whistleblower directly to discuss their concerns and examine the reportable conduct more quickly and efficiently.
The MCB Group and its subsidiaries have adopted a Whistleblowing Policy to protect eligible whistleblowers from retaliation. The investigation process is handled with Confidentiality as defined in the Whistleblowing Policy.
