The MCB Group and its subsidiaries accept anonymous reports. However, whistleblowers are encouraged to identify themselves, as anonymous reports may limit the ability to fully investigate the concerns raised or take the appropriate actions required.

Where contact details are provided, the MCB Group and its subsidiaries may communicate directly with the whistleblower to obtain additional information, clarify matters and facilitate a more timely and effective assessment of the reported concern.

The MCB Group and its subsidiaries have adopted a Whistleblowing Policy that provides protection for eligible whistleblowers against retaliation. All reports are handled in accordance with the confidentiality requirements set out in the Whistleblowing Policy and information disclosed through the reporting process will be treated with the utmost care and discretion.

Reports may be submitted through the online reporting platform. For security purposes, your session will automatically time out after two (2) minutes of inactivity, and any information entered that has not been submitted will not be saved. Please note that partially completed forms cannot be saved for later completion.
